On January 27, 2016, Simgui held the seventh session of the second Board of directors, the Board of directors agreed to expire transition management team. Dr. Feng Zhang is no longer served as President, Dr. Wei Li is no longer served as Vice President. Dr. Qing-yu Wang appointment as the new President, fully responsible for the company's daily operation and management, term starts from January 27, 2016. |
