In the following conference, Dr. Wang Xi reported about the process of the transformation of high-end silicon integrated circuit materials, the development of the 02 national major scientific and technological special tasks and the plan of through the capital leverage, expands the industrial scale implementation of growth, and made his suggestion about the development of Shanghai integrated circuit industry.

Mr. Zhou Bo praised the development and achievements of Simgui, and pointed out that Shanghai would do their best to help Simgui with the domestic leadership in SOI materials, epitaxial silicon field, to guarantee the development of independent intellectual property rights and core technology in China. Mr. Zhou pointed out, the development of Simgui should have support of various ways, the development direction should be listed, at the same time, the equipment and materials industry should be combined, and this can be realized through mergers and acquisitions. Finally, Mr. Zhou pointed out, the large silicon project should be insisted, and should actively seek the national and Enterprise Edition linkage, to help high-tech enterprises like Simgui to further development.
